Really good Hotel Experience

The staff were polite and impeccably dressed. Check-in was quick. My room included a fridge (very useful during the warm weather). The seating in the bar felt relaxing because it used sofas rather than a restaurant layout (a more relaxing experience for families with young children).

I noticed hearing the exercise class emanating from the gym quite early.

The head concierge were pretty good, he ensured every need was met upon arrival, displaying great dedication and attention to guest satisfaction. The restaurant staff was also efficient and courteous, providing prompt service during peak hours. I really appreciated the attentiveness.

Really good Stay!

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient! The room was super clean and spacious, with comfy beds, great lighting, and modern decor. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the Garden Rooms. I especially loved their dinner menu!

The hotel was quite busy, and I waited a while to check in.

the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items.

i was disappointed with the room service experience. it took excessive time to get someone to answer the phone.. ordering was difficult. moreover, the gym facilities were not up to standard, exhibiting clear signs of wear and tear.

The room was spacious. Breakfast was tasty with quality bacon and meats. I found the pool nice and warm (the perfect temperature for a relaxing swim). All staff members were very pleasant and helpful.

I found only limited vegan options at dinner.

Absolutely Flawless Stay!

professional staff beautiful hotel

This hotel is beautiful! The food was AMAZING!!! The staff was friendly and very professional. I found it easy to book and I got a lot of useful information leading up to my stay.

There were no toiletries other than the shampoo and shower gel fixed to the shower wall, a little disappointing.

The room was super clean! It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. proper decent pen and bathrobes. I had a family room with a king and a double bed with l'Occtane gels etc and a coffee machine. The room decor had changed.

Breakfast buffet was good! It was very tasty with really good quality bacon and meats. My friend reckons the pots of G, gormet jam is the best she has tasted. The steaks in the Garden bar were perfection.
